We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
1. What personal information we collect

The information we collect depends on how you deal with us. It usually includes:

  • Contact details: your name, phone number, email address, and property and postal addresses.
  • Property and energy details: electricity bills, meter and NMI details, roof and switchboard photos, household or site energy use, and details of any existing solar or battery system. We need these to size, design and price a system that suits you.
  • Business details: for commercial enquiries, your business name, ABN and the site contacts we should deal with.
  • Order and payment details: quotes, signed agreements, invoices, payment records and the status of any finance application.
  • Communications: emails, calls, messages, form submissions, support requests, complaints and reviews.
  • Website data: your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and the site that referred you, collected through cookies and similar tools (see our Cookie Policy).

Most of this comes straight from you. We may also receive it from your electricity distributor or retailer, government agencies involved in solar incentives, people who refer you to us, advertising lead forms and publicly available sources. If you choose not to give us certain details, we may not be able to prepare a quote or complete an installation.
